Helpful information
SECURITY : The Cabo Bello HOA has strict security; if you have a rental or personal car, they will ask that guests leave an ID at the front gate, which will be returned each time you leave the neighborhood. This is for guest and resident protection, so they know at all times who is in the neighborhood.
ACCESS : The house has an electronic keypad on the front door. You will receive the code via your booking platform (i.e. AirBnB or VRBO) the morning of arrival. PLEASE NOTE: There is a backup lockbox with physical keys in it in case the key malfunctions. The code is the same as the door code.
QUIET HOURS : Cabo Bello is a residential neighborhood. The HOA strictly enforces quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am; please refrain from making excessive noise that may bother the neighbors. Guests will be responsible for any fines incurred by HOA violations.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION : The only transportation services legally allowed at the airport are private transportation companies, taxis, and rental cars. Please click the “Transportation” link if you would like to see rates for private transportation from the airport to the property.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION : Uber is available in Los Cabos, but is notoriously unreliable. Taxis are great for returning to the house, but it can be hard to call them for pickups. We recommend a private driver named Felipe Martinez- he is very reliable, English-speaking, and charges comparable rates to Uber. Text or calls please contact

ACs and STREAMING SERVICES : We will leave the ACs and TV on so you know they are working upon arrival.
GRILL : There is a lighter in the kitchen for the outdoor grill; an extra propane tank will be in the garage.
TRASH goes in the blue can at the end of the driveway. No recycling pickup.
POOL AND GARDENING : The pool service and gardeners come on Tuesdays and Fridays. Even if you are using the pool, PLEASE allow the pool service to quickly take care of the pool to avoid cloudiness or other issues during your stay.
HOT TUB : Although the hot tub is shown in photos, please note that it is not listed as an amenity for the house on AirBnB. It has been removed.
WATER USAGE : Please conserve water to avoid inconveniences during your stay. Water supply for ALL private homes in Los Cabos is held in cisterns underneath the houses; the municipality sends water to neighborhoods in a round-robin, usually once every 2 - 3 weeks, to fill all the cisterns. If the water runs out we will have to call a water truck to refill the cistern. Water trucks only run from 8 am to 8 pm.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY : Our concierge staff is available through your booking platform (i.e. Airbnb, VRBO, etc) from 9 am to 9 pm Cabo time, 7 days a week.
