Helpful information

SECURITY/PARKING : Villa la Estancia is a secure resort with 24 hour security. Our team will send your name to the resort ahead of time so you’ll be able to easily pass through security. If you have a rental car, security will direct you as to where you should park.

ACCESS : When you book your stay, we give your information to the front desk and they note your reservation. Simply visit the front desk and show your ID to get your key. The unit number is #1605.
Check out is at 11:00 a.m., late check outs are not available.
QUIET HOURS : The HOA strictly enforces quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am; please refrain from making excessive noise that may bother the neighbors. Guests will be responsible for any fines incurred by HOA violations.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION : The only transportation services legally allowed at the airport are private transportation companies, taxis, and rental cars. Please click the “Transportation” link if you would like to see rates for private transportation from the airport to the property.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION : Taxis are readily available at the gate of the resort, at major stores, and throughout the marina/downtown area.
TRASH goes in the container by the elevator.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY : Our concierge staff is available through your booking platform (i.e. Airbnb, VRBO, etc) from 9 am to 9 pm Cabo time, 7 days a week.
